The space This is a 3 bed /2.5 bath Single Family House. Garage and game room on base, living room / kitchen / dining area on the main floor, and all 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. It is total 3 levels structurally and NOT suitable for handicap access. Young baby and kids (less than 12 years old) is NOT accepted neither due to NO child protection installed in this house. Hosts currently occupy the master suits room and can provide you timely help if anything happens during your stay. There is another guest room available on the Airbnb platform. Laundry: if booked more than 4 days, guest can use washing machine & dryers free 1 load every 4 nights stay. For short-term guest booked less than 4 nights, with additional fee and advanced request, washer & dryer could be available if needed. Parking: there is ONLY one dedicated parking spot for Airbnb guest that is first come first serve. Please get a confirmation from the host ASAP after your booking to secure this on premises parking -- left side of the driveway (facing the house). Pleae leave right side of the driveway open unless you get the permission from the hostess on what time window could be parked by you. In case other guest claimed the dedicated parking spot, you would have to use a street parking. There are plenty free street parking slots on the north side of Bowdoin Way as showed in the listing picture. Limited Kitchen access: host lives in the master suite of the house and uses the kitchen primarily every day. Due to structural constraints, guest kitchen usage is limited to coffee area, coffee machine / electric kettle/ microwave / toast oven are free to use, as well the sink / dish rack and 1 shelf space in the Haire refrigerator. Full kitchen access (all cookware, dining set and utensils) could be available with additional fee and advanced request. Absolutely no outside shoes allowed into the room, there are slippers in the entry area that you can use if you like OR bring your own sandal or slippers. No colorful or sugary drink in your bedroom neither. There are two dining area is open for the guest. During your stay Use AirBnB messenger system asking for any help during your stay. If you have exchanged your cell phone number with the host upon your arrival, then feel free to call/text the host if needed. Other things to note Please keep your physical room door key secure during your stay. A lost key will cost you $50 to get a replacement. NO smoking / Vaping, NO drug, NO weapon / fire arm is allowed in this house. Due to hostess severe allergies to pet fur, no pet is allowed at this time unfortunately.
