The space This tri-level home is just steps from the ocean and centrally located in the heart of Mission Beach. The first floor has a studio with a full bathroom, a walk in closet, a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people and a futon sofa for up to 2 people. It has entrances through the patio and the garage. The living room area, the kitchen and the second bedroom are located on the second level. The second floor bathroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom. There’s a futon sofa in the living room. As soon as you get to the second floor, you’ll see how spacious and open the floor plan is. You’ll fall in love with the place. The master bedroom and a large rooftop deck make up the top/third floor. The spacious master bedroom has two queen beds, a full bathroom and a walk in closet. It has access to the rooftop deck. Owner recently replaced most of the furnitures like sofas, dinning table, beds. Many great restaurants are waiting for you as soon as you walk out the house; Guava Cafe, Olive Cafe, Miss B’s Coconut, The Mission and many others. It will be one of your favorite places for your stay in Mission Beach! NOTE: If you plan to have a gathering, you must indicate it upfront. There will be an additional charge of $350 for a gathering or party to cover additional expenses that the owner needs to cover. Guest access Guests have access to the patio and the rooftop deck. For safety reasons, please do not have more than 12 people in the rooftop deck.
