My Unit is nicely decorated and charming. It has an anteroom and in this room there is 1 sofa bed consisting of 1 upper part and 1 lower bed, where 2 people can sleep comfortably. It has 1 plaster partition, with closed niches and decorative objects, providing privacy to the rooms. On the other side of the partition, another room with 1 double bed and 2 side tables, decorative frame on the wall, wardrobe and 1 24" TV, air conditioning that serves the entire flat area. Gourmet kitchen, with 1 table, 2 chairs, sink, minibar, microwave, electric coffee maker, fruit juicer and sandwich maker. This room is for quick meals. Dishes, silverware, glasses, and other utensils are part of the kitchen. Full bathroom, with blindex and electric shower. Curtains and rugs complement the decor. The space The space is comfortable, quiet and provides quality accommodation for up to 4 people. Guest access Guests, in addition to using the Unit, will be able to enjoy all the outdoor space of the Condominium where there are 2 swimming pools - 1 adult and 2 children, with chairs, tables and modern umbrellas and 1 sauna. You can use a place outside to have a barbecue, where there are rules that must be complied with for this type of event, specified in the Condominium Rules There is 1 outdoor kitchen, which also offers support to guests. 24-hour front desk. Other things to note As it is a residential and family condominium, there are rules and regulations to be followed, such as criteria for the use of outdoor areas for barbecues, use of the sauna, volume and time for sound. During CARNIVAL, reservations will be made from SATURDAY TO TUESDAY. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR 1 OR 2 DAYS ONLY. Thank you
