Rooms in private house near Cambridge

Welcome to our home! We are happy to share our home with you. We have two rooms available for rent: a double with ensuite, and a twin with shared bathroom. The twin can be changed in to a single with a desk or cot bed upon request. If you are booking for one or two people, please state which room you prefer upon booking. If booking for 3 or 4 guests you automatically get both rooms. We are a short drive away from Cambridge, with frequent buses available. We welcome children and families! The space Our property offers the following: 1) Double room with ensuite 2) Twin room with shared bathroom. This room can be converted in to a single with a desk or a cot / cot bed upon request. This room does not have an ensuite, but you would have access to the family bathroom. This has a bath with a shower head attached to the tap (no stand-up shower facility). 3) You are welcome to use our living room, kitchen, garden and downstairs toilet during your stay. Note that we have cats. They are not allowed in the guest rooms, but are allowed elsewhere in the house. Therefore our listing is not suitable for those with a cat allergy. Other things to note ELECTRIC CARS - You are welcome to charge your electric vehicle at our property for the cost of the electricity, which is 27p/kWh. We do not have a dedicated charger, but there is access to a 3 pin plug via the garage. Please let us know if you require this.
