The space is spacious and comfortable bedroom with ensuite, and a wide living space with a large balcony looking directly into the forest. For colder days, a fireplace is here to warm you up The space The house is a two level, robust brick house set on the side of the hill. The lower floor is fully privatised and all yours, with a dedicated external set of stairs to access the place. The property is right at the back of the Dandenong Ranges national park, and your own balcony has a direct, unhindered view of just that! There are birds around, like kookaburras, rosellas and lorikeets. It's beautiful relaxing! The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and if it's more than two of you, the sofa bed is also perfect! We provide simple breakfast supplies for your convenience. We're running on rainwater collected into two water tanks and pumped into the house, so your stay will also be sustainable. We keep the rainwater clean by maintaining the roof, gutters and tank, and adding an additive to the tank (TankSafe) making the tank water fully safe to drink; we do provide additional filtered or bottled water for your convenience. Guest access You can access the lower floor of the property via your own stairs, along the house. We will provide a pin to open the door.
