Any type of Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. $200 to cover the additional cleaning costs. 2. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $200. 3. Prohibit cooking of smelly food like as BBQ, Fishes and etc 4. Please observe the quiet hours to respect the neighbors, quiet hour rules from 10pm to 7am. We DO NOT allow parties or any unauthorized guests without prior permission of the hosts. 5. Check-in : 15:00 PM Check-out : 11:00 AM 6. SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE: *There is a video camera on door bell and top of front yard. Camera always recording for security reasons. We do have access to the videos in case there are discrepancies with number of guests, pets, etc. 7. Please note that air conditioning is unavailable from November to January. In winter, we use a boiler-based floor heating system and air purifiers to ensure warmth and clean indoor air.
