Charming, very cosy, yet comfortable and functional. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating available. The accommodation has a modern, sustainable climate control system through "TubVerd". The accommodation is connected to Mataró's "TubVerd", an urban network that provides efficient and sustainable climate control using local thermal energy. This system uses renewable sources to provide heating in winter and cooling in summer, ensuring comfort and respect for the environment during your stay. THE SPACE This apartment is located about 10 minutes from the centre of Mataró. It is accessed from the street via an adapted entrance with a lift. If you enter through the private car park located in the same building, you can also access the apartment via a lift. You enter the apartment through a small hallway. KITCHEN It is open to the dining room, so you can cook together comfortably. Perfectly equipped, with attention to detail, good appliances and utensils for preparing every meal, storage space, a fridge-freezer and a dining table to enjoy cooking together! LIVING ROOM Air conditioning, comfortable sofa, SMART TV and access to the terrace, to enjoy sunny days and the incredible views of the sea, the city and the coastal mountain range! BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: has a 150 cm double bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom with bathtub and sea views. Bedroom 2: is an ideal room for a family with one or two children. It has a 150 cm double bed and two single beds. Full bathroom with shower. TERRACE It has a beautiful terrace with a table and space to sit comfortably while enjoying an aperitif or relaxing and sunbathing! It is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine on summer evenings, read a good book in the afternoon or have a coffee in the morning. SERVICES It is exclusively for guests. ENTRANCE Access is shared with the neighbours who live in the building. We ask that you be respectful of the neighbourhood, ensuring that the street door is always closed properly and maintaining strict silence in the common areas, stairwell, lift, etc. INFINITY POOL Amazing infinity pool on the roof of the building. There is also a play area for children. Ideal for taking a dip while enjoying the sea views. It is very important to respect the community rules and schedules and to take care not to wet the stairs or the lift. Smoking, drinking and eating are not allowed in the pool area, and it is mandatory to shower before using the pool. Inflatables and balls are not allowed. GARAGE Space for one car in a covered car park in the same building. The lines marking the parking space must be respected. Automatic door. Access is shared with the residents' association. Please respect this area, do not leave rubbish, do not smoke inside and enter the building quietly. TERRACE It is not shared, but you must respect our neighbours' rest hours. - Loud talking, music and other noisy activities are not allowed between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Guest access SERVICES INCLUDED - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, ice, starter kitchen kit. - Check-in from 4 pm to 8 pm Guests must contact us in advance to let us know their expected arrival time so we can organise their welcome! We always try to accommodate, but during high season, it will depend on availability. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. - The Tourist Season Property Rental Agreement will be accepted upon booking and signed before the keys are handed over. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorisation with a credit card - All persons included in the booking must identify themselves by showing their identity document. This will be requested before and during the welcome. - During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult and are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Rubbish must also be removed from the accommodation regularly to avoid odours and dirt. There are bins on the street, very close to the house. - We must all respect and preserve the resources we have, so please avoid wasting or using resources carelessly. Wasting, excessive consumption or careless use of electricity, water and gas is not included and may be deducted from the deposit. NOT PERMITTED - Accommodating or inviting more people than those registered on the booking form. - Carrying out noisy activities (music, loud conversations, etc.) between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. It is very important to respect our neighbours' rest. - Organising events, parties, stag/hen parties, or any other inappropriate behaviour. - Using bath towels for the beach or pool. Returning these in poor condition will incur an additional charge. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they may smoke in the outdoor areas of the property. In this case, please use ashtrays and respect the gardens, terraces and/or balconies. - Electric vehicles cannot be charged. - Student groups are not allowed. - Pets are not allowed. IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE WILL HAVE TO BE VACATED.
