It has a large living room of about 150 sq. meters with an integrated kitchen and fireplace. Gourmet kitchen with cooktop stove, microwave, electric oven, side-by-side refrigerator, wood-burning stove and oven, and barbecue grill. Gas water heating in faucets and shower allowing for a very hot and comfortable bath. Beautiful deck overlooking the lagoon, barbecue, wood-burning stove and large dining table, as well as sofas and armchairs. The property is for our use and was designed to enjoy moments with nature and rest, and also to gather friends and family. Large farm with ponds, trails, playground, tree house, waterfall and many araucaria trees, where you can stroll and have fun in nature. If you come with a baby, we can provide a portable crib.
