Our well-maintained unit is designed to be your home away from home, whether you're a student, professional, or traveler. Living & Sleeping Area: Unwind on the cozy sofa in the living space, perfect for relaxation or enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. The tranquil sleeping area features a queen-sized bed with soft linens and blackout curtains to ensure a deep, restful sleep. A spacious wardrobe is provided for your belongings. Kitchenette: For your convenience, the kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator to store your food and a microwave to heat it up. Please note that to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, a stove, cookware, and cooking ingredients are not provided. Workspace & Dining: Stay connected and productive with high-speed Wi-Fi at the small dining table, which serves as a perfect spot for meals or remote work. Bathroom: The private bathroom features a refreshing hot and cold shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet. We provide fresh towels and basic toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access You will have full, private access to the entire condo unit during your stay. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the residence's amenities, including a stylish swimming pool on the 4th floor and a student lounge with Wi-Fi access. It's the perfect way to start your morning or unwind after a busy day. Please note that amenities are subject to availability. Other things to note The Neighborhood Our condo is strategically located right on Katipunan Avenue, across from Ateneo de Manila University and Miriam College, with UP Diliman just a short commute away. You'll find everything you need within walking distance, including an SM Savemore Market and a BDO bank on the ground floor. The area is bustling with specialty restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. For even more food options, the famous Maginhawa food spots are just a quick ride away. Getting Around Exploring the city is easy. The Katipunan LRT Station is nearby, providing convenient access to other parts of Metro Manila. Limited parking is available in the building and in nearby facilities. If you require parking, please inquire with us in advance so we can assist you with the available options and details. House Rules To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited inside the unit. Important Information Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if the schedule allows; please ask in advance. Guest Registration: For your security, the building administration requires a copy of all guest IDs before check-in. Pool Access: Use of the swimming pool is permitted for a fee of ₱150 per person (maximum of 2 guests), payable directly to the condominium administration. Pool hours and proper attire rules apply. Cleanliness: The unit is professionally cleaned and prepared before each stay to ensure you arrive in a fresh and tidy space.
