The space The flat is a modern and high standard property located on the 7th floor with 2 elevators in a recently delivered building (06/2018). It contains a bedroom, a bathroom with reversible doors to the bedroom and living room and a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room. Both rooms have air conditioning. The room had a comfortable bed with premium mattress (Plumatex D-45) and 180 thread count bed sheets, as well as a wardrobe, a desk to work with Rasperry Computer (Browser, Text and Sheets Editor, Media Player, etc.) and a Full HD Smartv that rebroadcasts TV programming from the Room and has access to Netflix.
