Needing some time away to replenish your energy? Spend a special time in this comfortable, family home, with the most stunning view overlooking the hills of Mayfield and more. Half an hour or less drive from all the best places to visit like Scotney Castle, Bodiam Castle, Eastbourne beach, Tunbridge Wells, Wadhurst Park, Rudyard Kipling's home in Burwash, whatever is your fancy, you'll find something perfect to fill your days. The space You enter into a small hallway. To your right is the utility room with washing machine, hoover, mop, etc. On the left you enter into the kitchen dining area, which is fully equipped with double over, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. This is my home, so hopefully you'll find all the utensils to make meals here. The sitting room is off the dining area, and you have a plasma TV with DVD player, plus small stereo. There is a blue 'poof' which has some games that you can use, and also there is an odd collection of DVDs in case you get a rainy day. Upstairs you have the shower room on the right. Nice big shower, and although the the room is small there's plenty of storage room for putting your things away. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, with bedside tables either side. There is a small TV in this room, with a small collection of channels on it. There's a shelf with loads of books in case you've forgotten yours! There is a little office space to the left of the stairs. Great view whilst you're doing the odd email on your laptop maybe? Finally there is the main bedroom with stunning view. It includes a good size wardrobe. No TV. You do have a radio and alarm clock in this room. Outside space is a corner patio with outside dining area, and a couple of bistro chairs and coffee table. The perfect place to catch a few rays, if there's some sunshine! Guest access You're welcome to use the whole house. There are a couple of things out of bounds e.g. the welsh dresser contents in the sitting room and the pantry in the kitchen. The garage is not accessible. Other things to note Some properties on Airbnb are purely created to be 'rented out'. This house is my home when I'm in the UK, so I welcome people who will look after the house even better than if it was their own!
