Cozy apartment in a quiet courtyard location in the middle of Vienna. The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Vienna. Two subway lines, two tram lines, and three bus lines are within a 5-minute walk. Supermarkets, bakeries and numerous shopping opportunities right outside the door. There are many nice cafes and restaurants along Alser Straße. Pleasantly quiet despite its central location, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city :) The space The 25-square-meter room is equipped with everything you need: - 75-inch TV with Netflix & Prime - Minibar - Queen size bed - Comfortable sofa bed - Work desk -Tropical plants - Daylight lamp I do provide bed linens and towels free of charge :) The space: - Fully equipped kitchen - bathroom with shower - Dining table - Dishwasher - Washing machine I provide detergent, spices and oil free of charge :) Guest access At the address, go through the courtyard entrance and through the small courtyard. In front of the second courtyard entrance, there is a white door directly to the left. There, please ring the bell at staircase 2 at number 23 and go to the first floor on the right.
