Located in Aracaju, a few minutes from the BR-101, the apartment is perfect for a strategic stop during the trip — with easy access, parking on the street and all the necessary structure for a good night's sleep. Located in Farolândia neighborhood, one of the best of Aracaju, the space is close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and 8 minutes to Shopping Jardins. Uber is usually 11 reais to Orla de Atalaia! The beach is only 10 minutes by car! --- The place The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, an integrated living room with a kitchen, a modern bathroom with an exhaust fan, an electric shower, and a service area. The air-conditioned, well lit environment with a clean and cosy decoration. --- 🛏️Rooms and linen The rooms have double box beds and air conditioning. A complete set is available --- 🚿 Bathroom Modern bathroom with glass box and shower. Includes: Hairdryer Toilet paper Liquid Hand Soap Bath soap (optional for guest) 🧱 Dimensions: about 2 m², with a 60 cm wide door. --- 🍽️ Amenities Sala with sofa, Smart TV and fast wifi. The multifunctional bench that integrates the living room and the kitchen — ideal for eating, using the notebook, or working comfortably. Quiet and safe street — the family has lived here for over 40 years, and there have never been any incidents with vehicles. --- 📍 Location The house is located in the Farolândia neighborhood, in Aracaju – SE. Next to Shopping Jardins, Hospital Primavera, Tiradentes University, as well as grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, pastry shops, restaurants, barzinhos and squares with various leisure and food options. It is approximately 10 minutes by car from Santa Maria Airport and is ideal for those seeking comfort and practicality during a quick pass through the city. The beach is also a 10 minute drive away, with easy access to the main avenues. --- 🔑 Entrance and security The entrance to the house is at the gate on the right side of the central house, 90 centimeters wide. The access is made through a safe with a key, located near the entrance gate, ensuring practicality and autonomy at check-in. Inside the safe, the guest will find two keys: - Access and keys There are two main keys: Entrance gate House door, located after flight of stairs (second door) For easy access, I will send an explanatory video to the guest, showing the entire entry process. The lockbox code is provided only during the stay period. The site features external cameras for added guest safety. --- 📝 Other notes At the top of the property, after the flight of stairs, there are three houses: two for fixed rent and one exclusively for Airbnb. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, always willing to have a good conversation when they meet you down the hall. If you want to leave your windows open, feel free — everyone can be trusted here. 🌸 Therefore, **silence after 10 pm is essential**, ensuring a harmonious coexistence and mutual respect between all residents and guests. We also ask for common sense in the use of all the utensils and items in the apartment, avoiding damaging or breaking them. When you arrive, carefully read the information card available on site — in it you will find the wifi password, tips and other guidelines about your stay. 🗑️ Garbage disposal Get down with the garbage ! Leave next to the tethered post. The collection is carried out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, but if you prefer, the trash can be put out on any day of the week. We ask that, at the end of the stay, the guest leaves the apartment organized. In case you don't have time you can let us organize it. 🪑 If you move any furniture during your stay, return it to the original location before departure. 🌬️ Use of air conditioning Air conditioning is available for added comfort during the stay. We kindly ask that it be used sparingly, keeping the doors and windows closed while you are on. ⚡ When you leave the environment or the property, turn off the appliance to avoid unnecessary energy consumption. 💫 Whether for leisure, work or a quick pass through Aracaju, this is the ideal place to rest in comfort, privacy and great location. Other things to note 🏡 Description: The space is at the top of the main house, with access by staircase. Aracaju is a hot and sunny city ☀️ — most guests usually prefer a cool bath to cool off from the heat, but we also have a hot bath option. We ask that you use the air conditioning in moderation and avoid noise after 10 p.m. to keep the environment quiet for everyone. We live downstairs and are always available! 🌴 🚗 Parking: the house does not have an internal garage, but it is possible to park for free on the street in front of the house, which is quiet, safe and has external cameras. My mother has lived here for over 40 years and there has never been any problem with parked vehicles, my sister always leaves the car at the door, to facilitate exit, up to two cars fit in front of the house.
