Entry is easy and secure with keyless access, using a unique personal door code created specifically for your stay. You’re free to come and go at your convenience and enjoy the home as your own throughout your visit. Other things to note 🏠 House Rules As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment and to ensure comfort for all guests; we have just a few friendly house rules: • A Photo ID and selfie are required for check-in (same as checking in to a hotel, they ask for ID) • A simple rental agreement will be sent for guest signature after booking, prior to check in • A deposit hold of $300 is processed 1 day prior to arrival by Florida Theme Park Villas (this is not a charge - only a temporary hold, released after check out) • Primary renter must be age 25+ • Smoking or vaping inside is not allowed (outdoor smoking areas are available) • Pets are not allowed. Trained service animals as defined by law are welcome (please let us know) • Community quiet hours 10pm - 8am (if entertaining outside after 10, kindly reduce volume)
