The house has beautiful sea view, from the upper balcony with hammock. The construction is old, but with renovations it has stayed up to date. Close to supermarket, restaurants, and snack bars. Close to Skate Square. Good security, with monitored alarm and electric fence. Large garden and wooded backyard, with shower. BBQ grill in the garage space with plastic table and chairs The space The upper floor has 2 small suites with a double bed. One bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed. A collective bathroom and balcony. The lower floor features dining room, kitchen, lavabo and garage. In the room there is an alarm console activated only by it, being monitored by the Inviolable. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, and open concrete cabinets. Dishes and flatware for 10 (12) people, glasses, some lowers, pans. There are no household appliances. Bed linen, pillows and toiletries are not provided. There is 1 automated gate operated with remote control and an internal tilting gate with manual opening. Guest access All areas except a compartment accessed by the service area (under the stairs). I use it for work tools and gardening. The door is small and will be keyed. Another compartment of the service area contains a hose, a small staircase, barbecue skewers that may be used normally by the guest.
