The space Our property is a private house, built in 1987 with a unique design by renowned architect Octavio Raja Gabaglia. In the classic style of Búzios, it combines charm and functionality, providing a comfortable environment full of personality. Airy and with a charming side sea view, the house offers an authentic and welcoming experience. We are a family (me, my husband, my 3-year-old son and my mother) who live on the premises and are pleased to offer private suites to our guests (access to the suites is from inside the house). The accommodations are carefully planned to ensure excellent cost-effectiveness, while the rental value is reinvested in continuous improvements to the house. An example of this is the implementation of solar energy, reflecting our commitment to modernization and sustainability. Here, you will find a unique, pleasant space, full of stories, respectful and ideal for a quiet and special stay in Búzios! Guest access You will have access to your private suite by entering the house, which reinforces the cozy, safe and family environment we want to provide you. In addition, you can enjoy the shared outdoor areas, such as the garden, yard and parking lot. The parking spaces are not marked, but we always arrange everything properly, taking into account the size of the car and possible special needs. At check-in, you'll receive a key ring with all the keys you need for your free entry and exit: the key to your suite, the living room and the pedestrian gate, plus the control of the automatic car gate. Don't worry about schedules: during your stay, you'll have complete freedom to enjoy Búzios without limitations. 😊 Welcome aboard! We're always available to help with anything you need and make sure your experience is unforgettable. During your stay We are a very welcoming family and we are here to make you feel at home. We value your privacy and respect your space, but we love to interact when you're comfortable with it. If you need local tips, we're always happy to share our knowledge about Búzios. We're from RJ but have lived here since 2013! Whether it's discovering the best tours, choosing the most practical transportation, or exploring the region's amazing cuisine, we're happy to help you make the most of this heavenly city. Count on us to make your stay special and full of good memories! 😊 Other things to note We love animals and share our home with 4 super gentle dogs (Eva and Sophie, our golden retrievers, and Mel and Peppe, our adorable mutts) and a very special cat, Túlio, who is a Botafogo native at heart. 🐾 They stay, most of the time, in the outdoor area of the house, but if you have any discomfort or fear, we will be happy to organize them to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. As for the use of the Jacuzzi, it can be accessed for 1 hour/day per suite, as agreed. Please note that other guests are also entitled to use it, so we kindly ask you to use it in a friendly and respectful manner, so that everyone can enjoy the experience. For your information: With affection and thinking about the best cost-benefit for our guests, we decided not to offer breakfast. This choice was made after several polls with previous guests, who valued the freedom to explore the local delights of Búzios. We'll be happy to recommend great places for you to enjoy! About schedules, we follow the region's standard for check-in and check-out: Check-in: from 2 p.m. Check-out: by 12 p.m. This allows us to organize the entry and exit between stays and prepare the suite with all the necessary care for the next guest. If you would like a late checkout or early check-in, please let us know! These options can be combined, subject to availability of the suite and payment of an extra fee.
