All three floors provide open-concept living spaces, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Watch sports, TV or stream your favorite movies, shows or music on the large Samsung smart TVs in each of the living spaces, enjoy two fully stocked chefs’ kitchens (each complete with new quartz countertops, soft-close cabinetry and new stainless-steel appliances) and share meals or game nights around the large round dining tables. Each bedroom is curated with your comfort in mind – from hybrid pillow top mattresses to hotel grade bedding, smart TVs and sound machines in each room to drown out any city noise. While each unit has its own separate front and back entrances, they are accessible to each other via the shared unfinished basement (lockable). Please note: guests must be able to walk up and down several stairs to do so! Guest access The front entry features a keyless entry smart lock, for which guests will receive a code prior to arrival. Other things to note This is a duplex building. There are stairs leading up to the front entries, stairs to access the 2nd/3rd floor unit, and stairs connecting the two units via the unfinished basement. Please note there is no onsite parking, but street parking is usually readily available on Howell or surrounding streets. Dec 1-Mar 1, there will be NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON HOWELL. Guests will receive an overnight street parking permit to park on one of the surrounding residential streets. Laundry (washer and dryer) are located in the unfinished basement. Pods are provided.
