Please note: There are stairs leading up to the upper flat unit. There are long term tenants in the downstairs unit, and the backyard area is not available for guest use. However, free street parking is available on the same street, and vehicles may remain parked in the same spot for up to 48 hours. Please note: • On busy weekends or during local events, street parking may be more limited due to nearby restaurants and bars. • In winter, snow or other bad weather conditions can also affect availability.
