The Mid Century Modernist designed William Wurster residence, and the separate studio originally were frequented by notable politicians, local artists, environmentalists and flamboyant residents fortunate enough to be included in monthly poker games to discuss current events, politics and the local scene starting in the 1960’s. Later the studio was used as a pool house and guest quarters for family members. This studio has its own entrance and sweet private fenced outdoor space with views of the San Francisco Bay. I have them gated below cottage and they spend their time inside or or on the back side of the house. They are exercised twice a day. My previous tenants have not had issues with them and in fact enjoyed their visits, they are friendly and love people. Night time they are kept inside.
