Welcome to Sea Dream House, located on Seaside Drive, this Atlantic Shores One Bedroom Apt. with its panoramic sea views is a wonderful place to come relax, cook a nice meal and watch the sunrise or sunset on your private ocean facing balcony. Rescue Beach is a small secluded beach within 5 mins walk, home to Surfers Bay Bistro for cocktails and cliffside dining. 20 minutes drive to US, Canadian & British embassies. Outfitted with a work station and 250Mb high speed internet The space This self catering, modern apartment offers a bedroom that is air conditioned and fan cooled and has an ensuite bathroom. The open plan kitchen and living room is fan cooled and breezy with French doors that open out onto the balcony which allows for panoramic, spectacular ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances - including fridge, stove with oven, toaster, coffee perk & microwave oven. Iron and board, in room safely deposit box, cable TV and WI-Fi. There is even a Ninja blender ( great for making smoothies or those mango margaritas!!). Great place to stay and explore the island! For surfers, South Point is 9/10 of a kilometer away while Freights Bay is just over 1km from the apartment. Sea Dream House is your peaceful place to come home to after long days of swimming and surfing or exploring our beautiful island. We take great pride in ensuring photos accurately depict the apartments. That said, it should be noted that we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement. Cleaning fee-US$75 per clean. Obligatory clean is required once per week which includes change of bed linen as well as bath & beach towels. Guest access As our guests, you enjoy the tranquil gardens. While the building has a no smoking policy, we have provided seating in the garden for smokers which is specifically for your enjoyment. There is a laundry area with a token operated washer. Other things to note Cleaning fee-$75 per clean. Obligatory clean is required once per week which includes change of bed linen as well as bath & beach towels. Airbnb facilitates payment of one (1) housekeeping service, if you are staying more than one (1) week with us, you will be required to pay for the subsequent housekeeping services via Airbnb “Request Money” or at check-in. We are all about responsible tourism and keeping our beautiful island clean. To this end the AC unit is operated by a meter which uses tokens. You're provided with a free token for each day that you're staying. Each token will enable you to use the AC for 8 hours. If you require more tokens they can be purchased at a cost of US$10/BDS$20 per token in CASH from the office. Please be sure to complete the online Barbados Immigration and Customs form it is required for entry into Barbados. Please be sure to close all windows and doors when you go out so that if it rains nothing gets wet. On the day of your housekeeping service we ask that you leave the apartment for at least 2 & 1/2 hours so that the housekeeper can safely clean and change your towels and linen. No open flames, burning of candles and/or incense anywhere on the property No surf boards or bicycles in the patio or the apartment. Use garden area for storage. Please note that no unregistered guests are allowed in the apartment or on the property without prior permission. Any persons on property must have permission to be there. No over night visitors. Breach of this will result in your reservation being cancelled with no refund. Any guest visiting must provide a copy of their government issued photo ID. No hanging of towels or clothing from the balcony or patio. Use lines provided in the garden. 10pm to 7am is quiet time so please reduce your volume and be respectful of the needs of the other guests. GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ONE PET (cat or dog) NOT WEIGHTING MORE THAN 10LBS. There is a Pet Fee of US$125 for the cleaning and sanitising of the apartment after your stay. Please come equipped with a carrier and bedding so that your pet does not sleep on the bed or furniture Your pet is to be supervised at all times and not allowed outside of the apartment without you. Your pet must not be left unattended in the apartment to prevent any possible damages. You will be held responsible for all property damages resulting from your pet. If there is anything that you think can be damaged or scratched by your pet, let us know so that we can remove it. It is your responsibility to secure your pet so that it does not enter the apartment, patio or balcony of other guests. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet. Be it fur, dropped pet food, litter etc., the apartment is to be kept clean and sanitized at all times. Pet waste should be cleaned up as quickly as possible. It's more sanitary than waiting and reduces problems with odor. This goes for waste in the yard or if your pet has an accident in the apartment. Please do not, under any circumstances leave the doors open when you are not there. This is unsafe as well as if it rains, the furniture will be ruined. Please bring disposable pet poop gloves & waste bags for the responsible disposal of your pet’s litter. We ask that you respect the space and privacy of our other guests ensuring that your pet does not reduce their vacation enjoyment by barking or creating any disturbances.
