Home sweet home is located in Valley Stream, less than 10mn from international airport JFK and 35mn from Manhattan, in the Long Island. It offers 4 bedrooms, nice garden with a private backyard to drink a coffee or make a barbecue. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and close to LIRR station. The space On the ground floor of the house, living room with dining room, kitchen (oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster), 1 large room with full size bed and another bedroom with full size futon and 1 bathroom with shower and sink. On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms, 1 with queen size bed and the other with full size futon. The house can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. You can also enjoy the backyard with table, chairs and barbecue . The house is rented with everything you need: sheets, conforters, pillows, towels, dishes. We can also make available an extra inflatable mattress if necessary. Storage units are available : in the upstairs bedrooms, you can store your stuff in the commode. Same downstairs in the large bedroom and in the little room, you have a closet. Guest access By car: - Manhattan is approx 35mn by the Highway - JFK airport less than 10 mn - Long Beach and Atlantic City beaches are about 15 mn - Lynbrook railway station, 10mn by foot It is important to park your car in the driveway for the night, parking in the street is not permitted. During your stay Repairs: We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of equipment such as heating, TV’s or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Other things to note On the morning of your checkout please do the following: ·Please leave no dirty dishes in the sink or on the countertops. ·Place all towels in the white basket next to the bathroom. You may leave beds unmade. ·Bring all trash to the garbage located in the driveway. .Empty the ashes of barbecue if you have used it. ·Please lock all doors and windows, and turn off ceiling fans, and lights prior to your final departure.
