Cozy small bedroom

I would be delighted to share my apartment with you if you are travelling for working, studies, health reasons to Madrid. My apartment is 10min. walking to Plaza Castilla and 20min walking to 4Torres Business Area. Santiago Bernabéu also very close, 2 km away. Bus and a metro station 5min walking which will take you to/ from City Center in 20min. Please Note: The use of air conditioning/heating is optional (cold and and hot air) and it has an additional cost of € 3 p. night During your stay I travel very frequently because of my work so you may share with myself and/or other guests. When I am away my cousins help me with the cleaning or any other need at home and I will be also very attentive to any question or need by messages Other things to note Please take into in account that if you check in time is after 23:00 it would be needed to pay 25 € for late check in reasons.
