External suite in a historic coffee farm that preserves the secrets, environments and objects of the slavery era. The setting of several Globo soap operas, you will take a trip to the past and stay in a simple, small, but cozy suite attached to the farm's headquarters. A different rural experience, close to the corral and farm animals (cows, horses, etc.). Fazenda dos Coqueiros is a great base for the region and other historic farms, waterfalls and experiences! The space Fazenda dos Coqueiros, built in 1855 and located in the historic city of Bananal-SP, remains preserved to this day. Without having undergone significant modernizations, it remains historically faithful to the concepts of the time, transporting its visitors to the 19th century on a journey through time full of stories. There, the guest, who will stay in an external suite (near the corral and the farm animals) can experience an energizing bath in the coffee washer, or sunbathe by the pool and then, perhaps, a dry sauna to relax. Children can play in the playground with the right to an exotic and beautiful tree house. Horseback riding, guided hikes, milking visit in the corral with the right to milk straight from the udder, delicious breakfasts and other meals may have availability consulted; whose values will be agreed on site. On a guided tour, which can also be hired separately, the visitor will have the opportunity to hear some of the unforgettable stories of the place. In the halls, we find traces of the past with period objects and authentic pieces found buried in the surroundings of the farm, including objects of torture that were used on slaves. During the tours and visits, you can wash your hands with refreshing water, smelling lavender or rose petals as the ancients did, and if you want, take a delicious shower of crystalline mine water in the coffee washer, in addition to hearing reports of the time of slavery from the hostess who will take you back to the 19th century. The visitor will have the possibility to schedule trails and learn about the mystery of the slave cemetery and the Atlantic Forest on the hikes, and enjoy the making of cornmeal in the authentic stone mill, with stones produced with volcano lava. If you want to stay longer, you can have the delicious imperial coffee with various delicacies or eat a delicious corn bread made on the wood stove with lemongrass, lemon and mint juice, in addition to fresh coffee. Located at the foot of Serra da Bocaina - an important ecological reserve - it has an enviable natural heritage, historical and architectural heritage, which in the past earned it the adjective of "Princess of the Province of São Paulo." Even today, the city maintains its nineteenth-century buildings and the headquarters of colonial farms as imposing symbols of the nobility and glory of the past, leaving a testimony of the solidity of this city, which was the richest in the Paraíba Valley during practically the entire nineteenth century. Visitors to the city witness its serene customs, the excellent quality of life, the privileged climate and the beauty of its paradisiacal waterfalls such as "Sete Quedas" in Sertão da Bocaina. A tour of Sertão da Bocaina and Bocaina National Park, considered a Unesco Municipal Heritage site, is an excellent proposal. The Serra da Bocaina National Park, due to its size and wide variation in altitude, presents varied landscapes and diverse natural attractions such as beaches, natural pools, rivers, waterfalls, peaks and overlooks, not to mention the rich flora and fauna typical of the Atlantic Forest. Returning to the city of Bananal, you can still get to know its traditional handmade production of crochet items, sweets and cachaças and learn about the history of the city, which is told in each building, in each centenary tree, in each curve. Guests will have the basics. An en-suite with exclusive entrance, bed, bathroom, open TV (satellite) internet and minibar. Clean linens and blankets for all guests. All services such as meals and tours must have their availability and values previously consulted. Rooms must also be organized by guests, as we do not have room service. We are not a "farm hotel," but rather a historic farm with family facilities that seeks to present a different experience to guests.
