Enjoy this opportunity in a peaceful location with a south-facing garden in a guest house. The house is easily accessible by public transport. The space The property is located in a quiet residential area on Overbys Allé in Valby. The houses in the area were built between 1905 and 1915, and the entire area is surrounded by railway lines, which prevent through traffic. On the first and second floors of the property lives a family comprising two adults and three children. The neighbouring section in the eastern part of the house is occupied by 7 wonderful young people who together share the collective known as Skavankenborg. Guest access My part of the house is on the ground floor and the lower floor. Downstairs, I’ve set up the space where you’ll stay when you’re my guest. You go around the back of the house and have your own access to the lower floor. Here, there is space for outdoor footwear and information shelves with maps and brochures about what’s happening in Copenhagen. As you continue, you first come to a small kitchen with access to a fridge, microwave, kettle, a few plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. This section faces north and is somewhat dark. After that, the first access is to a large bathroom, which you share with me. There is plenty of cupboard space here. There is also shelf space for you in the hallway leading to your two rooms. One is a very small but bright south-facing room, ideal if you want to sit and work. The second bedroom, also bright and south-facing, features two single beds and is equipped with both blackout curtains and standard curtains for those long, bright Danish summer nights. You may feel like doing something in particular, or you may have other ideas about what your stay with me could be like. You are always welcome to ask if it is possible.
