The space Guest have use of the entire house, private deck. Overlooking beautiful Winter Bay. Guests have water access suitable for boating .. There are neighbours on either side of you. A smaller cabin in the back of the property, but both places are private and separate from each other. Your area exclusive to your rental is the deck facing Winter Bay the lawn area the width of the deck & the lawn area to the water. Please avoid the lawns to the right or left of the deck as this belongs to the neighbours. On occasion the stairs to access the water are shared between you and the neighbours on either side of you.
