Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Half Day Stay (Early Check-In Option) Want to start your vacation earlier? When available, we offer a Half Day Stay, allowing check-in anytime after 10:00 AM on your arrival day for half of the nightly rate. Because our priority is to book the full night whenever possible, this option only becomes available within 5 nights of your arrival date if the previous night remains unbooked. Availability is also subject to our cleaning and maintenance schedule. Damage Waiver The mandatory $89 Management Fee includes an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage. This does not cover negligence or pet damage. Pool Heat Optional pool heating is available for $45 per night or $225 per week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heat pump’s effectiveness depends on outdoor temperatures, and refunds cannot be offered if water temperatures are affected by cold weather. Security & Privacy For security purposes, a floodlight camera monitors the driveway, and a doorbell camera is located at the front door. A Minut noise monitoring device is installed inside the home to help prevent parties. It monitors noise levels and smoke only and does not record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. Excessive Cleaning The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, moving furniture, or evidence of unapproved additional guests), the additional cleaning costs will be documented and charged through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
