6-person chalet near Amsterdam, swimming pool & BBQ

Everything is ready: beds made, 2 towels per person, coffee, tea and toilet paper in the house. No deposit. Our 6-person chalet in EuroParcs Spaarnwoude has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a private garden with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and parking in front of the door. The park's heated indoor swimming pool and gym are free. From Halfweg-Zwanenburg station (1.7 km), you are at Amsterdam Centraal in 10 minutes; Haarlem, Zandvoort and Schiphol are within 15 minutes. The space INSIDE Bright and on one level, with high windows. Three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a living room with cable TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix. Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas stove, combi microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, Nespresso and Senseo, kettle, toaster, hand blender and a sandwich maker. WHAT IS ALREADY CLEAR Beds made and 2 towels per person. In the house: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, sauces, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and toilet paper. For families, there is a high chair and a crib. We do not ask for a deposit. OUTDOOR Private garden with terrace and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Parking in front of the door; a second car can park for free in the central car park. AT THE PARK The heated indoor swimming pool and gym are free. Also: wellness (for a fee), petting zoo, playgrounds, bike and go-kart rental, restaurant, snack bar, breakfast service and food boxes. LOCATION We are located in the Spaarnwoude nature reserve, between Amsterdam, Haarlem and the beach. Halfweg-Zwanenburg train station is 1.7 km away: a 20-minute walk, 5-minute bike ride or 4-minute drive, with free parking. From there, you are at Amsterdam Centraal in 10 minutes; Schiphol is a 15-minute drive. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. at the reception of the park. You will receive the key, the barrier pass and the access pass for the pool and fitness center there. We will send you the current reception opening hours before your arrival. Are you available outside of those times? Please let us know, and we will place the key and card in the night safe and send you the code. The next day, you still need to report to the reception. Check out is no later than 10am. Turn on the dishwasher, throw away the trash, and return the key and card to the reception. Guest access The chalet is all yours: three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a private garden with terrace and outdoor kitchen. PARKING There is a private parking space right next to the house. Are you coming with a second car? It is parked for free in the central car park of the park. THE PARK At check-in, you will receive a pass for the gate and for the pool and gym. The heated indoor swimming pool and fitness center are free to use throughout your stay. You will also find wellness (for a fee), a petting zoo, various playgrounds, bike and go-kart rental, and workspaces at the park. For a snack and a drink, there is a restaurant, a snack bar, a breakfast service, and convenient food boxes. Other things to note TOURIST TAX The tourist tax of 6.92% (2026) on the basic rent is not included in the Airbnb price; you pay it at the reception upon arrival. You pay nothing extra: no deposit, no cleaning fees, and no rental fees for bed linen or towels. The price includes made-up beds and 2 towels per person. CHECK-IN Check-in is from 4 pm at the reception of EuroParcs Spaarnwoude. There you will receive the key, a pass for the gate, and the access pass for the pool and gym. We will send you the current reception opening hours before your arrival. LATE CHECK-IN Will you arrive when the reception is closed? Let us know in advance, and we will place the key and the barrier pass for you in the night safe, and you will receive the code on the day of your arrival. The next day, you still need to report to the reception. CHECK-OUT Check out is no later than 10am. Turn on the dishwasher, throw away the trash, and take your personal belongings with you. Please return the key and barrier pass to the reception. Other information • One car can be parked directly at the Chalet for free. For a second car there is additional parking in the central car park. • During your stay, you can use the indoor swimming pool and gym for free. The wellness is accessible for a fee.
