Renter agreement and ID • A signed renter agreement and government issued ID are required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Refundable security hold • A refundable security hold, similar to a hotel deposit, is processed before arrival and released after checkout pending a quick inspection. Check in and access • Smart locks make arrival simple and secure. • You will receive your unique door code before check in after the renter agreement is completed. • Self check in is available after the posted check in time. Golf simulator and equipment • Guests have access to the golf simulator in the annex. • A set of clubs is provided so you can travel light. • Please follow posted instructions for safe use. Wellness suite use • The infrared sauna and two full body massage chairs are for adult use. • Please review posted guidelines and avoid use if you have a medical condition that conflicts with heat or massage. Pool and hot tub • Seasonal pool on site. Unheated. Open April 15 to September 30. Closed outside these dates. Weather permitting. • Some natural debris may be present at times in a rural setting. The pool is professionally serviced. • The private hot tub is available year round. Please shower before use and keep glass away from the water. Rural setting • The home sits along a quiet country road bordered by fields and trees. You may see deer, rabbits, or wild turkeys and may hear distant farm sounds. • During hunting season, occasional gunfire may be heard in the distance. This is normal for rural Kentucky. • Insects are common outdoors. Please keep doors closed to help keep nature outside. Do not feed or approach wildlife. Septic system • The property uses a septic system. Flush toilet paper only. All other items must go in the trash. No pets • For safety with wildlife and the unfenced layout, pets are not permitted. A fee may apply for violations. No smoking or vaping indoors or on the wood deck • Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the wooden deck.
