Our clean & peaceful home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tropical charm. A plethora of stunning beaches await, less than a mile away. Stretch out in the hammock below the many coconut palms. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private patio beneath the pergola. Only an 8 min drive to Atlantic Ave in Delray & less than a mile to Publix, restaurants, coffee shops, & I-95. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything the tropical Floridian lifestyle has to offer. The space Our light and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is just what you need to relax. Blending tropical charm with seaside comfort, the Palm House will be your perfect getaway. The living room is equipped with a large sectional sofa and a large smart tv. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Light darkening curtains plus extra sheets and linens are provided in both bedrooms. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and fully equipped for cooking (pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.). Our house offers a washer and dryer, as well as extra towels and beach accessories to enjoy. Carport parking allows for one vehicle to remain shaded and for dry entry and exit to the house. There is ample parking for additional vehicles in the large driveway. There are NO STAIRS on this property. The Palm House is walking distance to multiple coffee shops, a Publix grocery store, and some of the best restaurants in town. You’re also only a quick drive to the epicenter of South Palm Beach County: Atlantic Ave & downtown Delray Beach. This area offers an award winning and postcard-worthy tropical beach, shopping, restaurants, events, and lively nightlife. Palm Beach International Airport & Downtown West Palm Beach are a 15-20 min drive north. Guest access All guests have access to the full house, front and back yard, and driveway/carport. We ask guests not to disturb the shed in the backyard or the locked cabinet in the utility room. Other things to note CHECK IN/CHECK OUT INFO: - Check in is after 4pm. Guests will be given a code to the front door to use for their stay. - Check out is at 10am. NEIGHBORHOOD CONSIDERATIONS: - Please be respectful of our home and treat it like your own. - Quiet hours begin at 10pm. We have great neighbors and want to be respectful and considerate :) -Guests have complete use of the large driveway and carport. Street parking laws have recently changed & we recommend not parking on the street to avoid being ticketed. PET POLICY: - This is a pet free listing. - Any Guest found to be in violation of this policy will be charged a $500 pet cleaning fee. *Service Animals will be accommodated in accordance with state and federal law. GRILL USE: - The grill is available for guest use! - Please ensure grill is in a non-covered area before use. Rolling it a few feet outside of the porch is perfect. - An extra propane tank may be found next to the shed in the backyard. Please let us know if the propane is running low. - Use grill at your own risk. - If further instructions are needed for use, don't hesitate to ask! GARBAGE SCHEDULE: - Garbage pickup comes on Tuesday and Friday mornings. - Recycling pickup is on Tuesday mornings only. - Garbage can and recycling bins can be found on the side of the carport. YARD MAINTENANCE: - Landscapers & pest control services come periodically for general maintenance. They will not interact with guests.
