The house is located 7 blocks from the beach, retracted about 3 blocks from the main street which makes tranquility predominate, thus keeping the best sunsets with a clear horizon, something uncommon on the rocha coast. The space The surrounding outdoor space and the place where it is located makes this a magical and quiet place to rest from the city. Whether it's from the master bedroom window or from a hammock on the BBQ, being able to watch that sunset and let that incredible light in and bathe the whole house, this and other things make this place a very spatial one. Guest access The accommodation has a dining room-kitchen, a living area and a bathroom which serve the three bedrooms that complete the rest of the house, two being upstairs with separate accesses by two stairs and the double on the ground floor. Other things to note The house has electric light and drinking water from OSE. Having everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The spa does not have a sanitation network so we must keep this in mind.
