Casa La Nicchia is part of the Palazzo Riccardi condominium and is the only stand alone house. It is a one bedroom house with its own terrace - with dining furnitures, sunbeds and a grill. Of course you can utilise the common areas around the pool as well. The house is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom. One doublebed 160 cm. In the living room part of the house there is a sofa bed that becomes 140 cm - so if you are closely related it is possible to stay 4 people in the house. The kitchen contains of an induction hob with four cooking zones, a fridge with a small freezer department, microwave owen, air fryer and convenient cupboard for the dishes to dry and hangers where wine glasses can dry. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bide, shower, cupboard for toiletries, hair dryer and towel dryer. In the condominium there are two washing machines and one tumble drier that can be used. First come - first serve is the rule - but it is recommended to just use one machine at the time.
