The space The property offers a versatile and comfortable accommodation, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The main room is in the tower. It is spacious and bright, with a charming loft that houses a queen-size bed, perfect for an adult or two children. On the lower floor there is a comfortable double bed, which guarantees a refreshing rest. The living room is equipped with an 18cm sofa bed, designed to offer the same quality of sleep as a traditional bed. The completely new and equipped kitchen allows you to prepare every type of meal comfortably. The bathroom maintains the rustic style, small but well organized, equipped with a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and sink with handcrafted wooden finishes. Complete with towels, basic hygiene products, and a hairdryer. One of the most special spaces in the house is the covered area with windows, where you can relax in the mini jacuzzi overlooking the landscape. From here you can directly access a panoramic balcony with two loungers, perfect for sunbathing or reading a book surrounded by tranquility. Finally, you can enjoy the contact with nature in the garden, accessible directly from the area with windows: an ideal green corner to start the day or end it in relaxation. Other things to note USE OF THE HYDROMASSAGE MINI-POOL: From 01/01 to 03/31, the use of the Jacuzzi has an extra cost to be paid on site of €60.00 per single day and €40.00 for multiple consecutive days. From 03/31 to 05/31, the use of the Jacuzzi has an extra cost to be paid on site of €50.00 per single day and €30.00 for multiple consecutive days. For the summer season, from 06/01 to 09/30, the use of the Jacuzzi is included in the price of the stay. From 10/01 to 11/30, the use of the Jacuzzi has an extra cost to be paid on site of €60.00 per single day and €40.00 for multiple consecutive days. From 12/01 to 12/31, the use of the Jacuzzi has an extra cost to be paid on site of €70.00 per single day and €50.00 for multiple consecutive days. Please note that, to ensure the quality of the service, the water in the Jacuzzi is changed after each check-out (500 liters) and the heating takes some time to reach the ideal temperature.
