Park Place is centrally located near Downtown Bastrop, walking distance to Bastrop Convention Center, movie theater and bowling lanes. Enjoy evenings in downtown Bastrop or spend your time in the beautiful backyard of Park Place! Near Bastrop’s largest park, Fisherman’s Park, which has basketball, volleyball, bbq grills and beautiful riverside trail along the Colorado River and access to kayaking & fishing. Park Place is also conveniently located a .5 mile from Bucee’s, everyone’s favorite! The space The home: The Master bedroom (queen bed) is directly off of a hall bathroom with shower and tub. The front Guest bedroom (full bed) and the hall guest bedroom (2 twin beds) share a full bathroom with tub and shower. Each bedroom has a closet with an additional pillow, blanket and valet stand inside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal at home (but we recommend you try some of Bastrop's great dining and music venues). Plenty of seating for dining at the Dining Table and bar seating. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard is spectacular! Bursting with activities for everyone, you may just have trouble leaving! So much to do & so much fun to be had. A custom mural, outdoor games & seating... this is no ordinary vacation rental! Keep everyone entertained & find the relaxation you're looking for. Indoor Amenities: Wi-Fi, smart TV, linens, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, soap, blow dryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, electric range and oven, Keurig and drip coffee machine, charcoal grill, driveway and street parking. Outdoor Amenities: The backyard features a firepit with five Adirondack chairs, a back deck to enjoy outdoor games such as Jenga, checkers and connect four as well as a custom set of cornhole boards. Location: Perfectly located just across from the Historic Kerr Park & Community Center. The Kerr Center is a Historic community center that includes a small park and playground with additional parking directly across from Park Place. Engage in a quick 2 minute drive (or walk) to Historic Main Street to enjoy live music, river walk access as well as various restaurant options.
