This modern and comfortable home is perfect for a couple or small family looking to stay for a month in Key West. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare everything from quick snacks to full family dinners. Bright and open, the adjoining living room welcomes you to relax in comfort, then step out to the spacious screened-in porch—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails with a view of the green. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the first floor, just off the living room. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the second bedroom offers both a twin bed and a twin daybed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The surrounding neighborhood includes some of the locals’ favorite restaurants – Hogfish, Roostica, and the completely renovated Stock Island marina. Plan a day at nearby Smather’s Beach for sunbathing, paddle boarding, or a jet ski tour. Take a short drive into Old Town, for more dining, shopping, and site-seeing. And make sure to see the famous sunsets at Mallory Square. Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area. - Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area. - Please note that max occupancy includes infants. - Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry. Pets: - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - We LOVE pets, however- Certain breeds typically have to have an additional owner or HOA approval. If your pet falls under any typical breed restrictions (breed, size, weight) please let us know so that we can confirm! Parking Details: Parking for two vehicles. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
