Please enjoy the fireplace in both the front living room and game room. - Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home does not have direct beach access. - Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. - The main road leading to the home is currently under construction. Detours are clearly marked, but ongoing work and rainy weather can make some areas muddy or uneven. We recommend allowing extra time when arriving and using caution while driving in and out of the neighborhood. - Please note that the propane BBQ is available from April through October and is put away during the winter months.
