The space Nordic Amenities: Reserve our rustic wood fire sauna with attached shower for a rejuvenating escape, coordinated with owners for private sessions. The wraparound deck boasts Alaska’s breathtaking sunsets, with partial lake views framed by trees and vistas of the 5-acre property. Unwind in the patio, gather by the fire pit, or stroll to lake access. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, living room REAL wood fireplace and an electric tea kettle keep you connected and cozy. Pet Policy: Service dogs are welcome, and other well-trained dogs allowed ON APPROVAL ONLY ($100/dog, contact host). Two dogs and a puppy live on-site, so your dog must be sociable. The 2nd/3rd floors are private, with own entrance and parking. Year-Around Adventure: Summer offers fishing, boating, and kayaking, with prime spots at the nearby dock. Winter brings snowmachining on the frozen lake, ice fishing, and the Iron Dog race, starting right here! Trails for snowshoeing and skiing are close, and Susitna Brewing’s lakefront brews are a short walk away. The 5-acre lot feels secluded, yet stores are nearby. The yard / garden area is very beautiful and always available to enjoy however please keep in mind this portion is a shared space. Sauna is available for no extra but will need to be reserved being as it is a shared space. Parking is included, with extra space for boats, trailers, jet skis, or snowmachines ($15-$35 fee).
