THE HOUSE WITHOUT CORRIDORS OR DOORS It is fully automated to facilitate everyday actions for people in wheelchairs and caregivers. Everything is within 2 meters of the person with reduced mobility. OTO allows you to request the desired room (Kitchen/Bathroom/Toilet) via a voice command or push buttons so that it appears in front of you in a few seconds. You will find all the necessary equipment for a relaxing stay: A living room with a PMR equipped kitchen (removable countertop, adjustable cupboards, oven, microwave, dishwasher, anti-burn induction hob, drawer fridge, etc...) living room and dining room and rotating TV fixed to the ceiling. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bedside tables and a dresser. In this room there is also a 140 cm sofa bed and a desk area. There is a sleeping area located next to the OTO rotating system with a 140 cm medical bed. Everything is designed and equipped for the person with reduced mobility and their caregiver: the rail-mounted hoist, the walk-in shower and the Japanese toilet within two meters of the bed, the accessible storage cupboards and the house heated by baseboard heaters. Provision of: - linens, towels, sheets, extra blankets, hand soap, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid. - starter kit for washing machine and dishwasher. - some ingredients available in the kitchen: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, herbal tea. My accommodation is ideally located to discover our beautiful region and its tourist sites: Fort de Mutzig (5 minutes), Chartreuse in Molsheim (10 minutes), Obernai (15 minutes), Mont Sainte-Odile (20 minutes), Wine Route, Europa Park (40 minutes), Strasbourg (25 minutes), Château du Haut Koenigsbourg (40 minutes), Colmar, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr (45 minutes). Guest access Access is on one level. You can park your vehicle under the carport and access the accommodation sheltered from the weather. Other things to note You will have private parking as well as a reserved area outside to get a breath of fresh air or for smokers (ashtray available). The house is non-smoking. The house is fully automated. In the event of a power failure, a battery will take over. Parties are not allowed. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from a bakery, pharmacy, bank ATM and supermarket. The nearest train station is a 15-minute walk and 5-minute drive away. Freeway access is 2 minutes away. The airport is 25 minutes away.
