The space Clare’s Manor is a bright and private two-bedroom home located in a quiet, gated community approximately 10 minutes by car from Ocho Rios town centre. Designed for comfort and convenience, the home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a relaxing stay with easy access to the North Coast. The home features two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and modern ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for each guest. The open-plan living and dining area is airy and well laid out, with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a dining space suitable for both meals and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and ample counter space, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. Laundry facilities are also available for added convenience. One of the standout features of Clare’s Manor is its outdoor space. Guests can enjoy a private backyard with a seating area and waterfall fountain, perfect for unwinding in a peaceful setting. At the front of the property, a private mini-golf area provides a fun and unique feature for guests of all ages. Other things to note Early Check-In Policy Requesting Early Check-In: If you think you’ll need to arrive before our standard 3 PM check-in time, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our booking and cleaning schedule. Fees: For early check-in before 12 PM, we charge the equivalent of an additional night’s rate. For early check-in between 12 PM and 2:30 PM, we charge a half-day rate. Early check-in between 2:30 PM and 3 PM may be accommodated at no additional charge if the property is ready. Confirmation: Early check-in is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance. Any applicable fee and approved check-in time will be communicated before the request is confirmed. Late Checkout Policy Requesting Late Checkout: If you think you’ll need a bit more time, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. We can sometimes accommodate requests for late checkout up to 12 PM at no extra charge, but it depends on our booking schedule. Fees: For checkouts between 12 PM and 3 PM, we charge a half-day rate. If you need the space past 3 PM, we would charge for an additional night since we wouldn’t be able to accommodate a new guest. Unapproved Late Checkouts: We kindly request that you respect the agreed-upon checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts can cause scheduling conflicts with cleaning services and incoming guests. In such cases, an additional night’s fee will be charged.
