Upon entering the home, the spacious open floor plan allows you to see straight through to the screened-in porch and lower garden area in the backyard. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and an intimate dining space with a high-top table and six chairs. There is a half bath and a comfortable living room that flows off the dining area. The second floor’s master bedroom has a queen bed and a delightful balcony that sits on the treetops in the back of the home and overlooks the resort-style pool. Down the hall and passing a full bathroom is the second bedroom which has a queen sleeper sofa and a private balcony as well, overlooking the front of the home. After a day of fun-filled activities in and around Key West, you will be happy to come home and relax in your private patio and garden space. Best of all, there is your pebbled pathway that leads to a private entrance to the community pool. Being in the Golf Club Community has all the perks of living in Key West where you can take it easy, venture downtown to famous Duval Street, or stay in the neighborhood and live like a local.
