Guest access Important Information about the Accommodation: Please read this key information to avoid surprises: Hot Water: We currently do not have a water heater, so the shower water is at room temperature. Appliances: The kitchen is very well equipped, Pots, dishes, cutlery, electric coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and stove. There is no blender or oven. Attention to High Vehicles! Regarding parking, the assigned space is suitable only for low vehicles (sedans); if you are traveling by van or tall vehicle, we kindly ask you to park outside, where there is ample space available and at no additional cost. Pools: Given the general and constant situation of water cuts that come from the street to the residence, the pool managers tirelessly try to keep them as crystal clear as possible, especially on weekends, but sometimes it is inevitable that the water darkens due to the constant lack of water supply. They are generally in good condition but it may happen at some point that a guest sees it like this, because of this we ask for your understanding since it is out of our hands and is a situation beyond our control. Pool hours: open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Please note that the use of the grills must be booked in advance. We recommend that you notify the host to notify the grill managers. There is an additional cost of $10 that must be paid to the concierge upon arrival at the accommodation.
