Guest access Please Note: Required Virtual Check-In & Safety Screening (All Stays) For the safety of other guests and neighbors in our community, you will be required to complete our secure online virtual check-in process. You will need to upload a copy of a valid photo ID. This allows us to conduct identity theft prevention and guest safety screening. Additional Long Stay Requirements (For Stays of 30+ Nights) For these long-stay bookings, the primary guest must complete a soft credit screening and provide an SSN as part of our long-stay qualification process. • Minimum score: 640+ • Soft check only: this does not affect your credit score Guest Access & Visitor Policy If you plan to invite visitors during your stay, please ensure they are pre-approved and officially added to your reservation in advance. This allows building staff to smoothly facilitate their entry. A maximum of two approved outside visitors are allowed at any given time. Overnight Guests: Limited to four persons total within the apartment at any one time. Please note: This policy is strictly enforced. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $1000 fine. Our local support team is available 24/7 to assist with any concerns or to share local recommendations. Other things to note House Rules & Guest Expectations No Parties or Events We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or unauthorized guests. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, removal from the property, and a $1,000 fine. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Quiet Hours & Noise Monitoring The building is a luxury residential building with full-time residents. To maintain a respectful environment, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This unit is equipped with NoiseAware decibel sensors, which are 100% privacy-safe and do not record audio. These help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Residential Community Etiquette This is not a hotel, it’s a residential building with neighbors who call it home. Please respect the space by avoiding loud music, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise at all times. Age Requirement: The minimum age for the primary booker is 21. At least one member of any guest group must be 21 years old or older. Your Building Address For the most accurate building address for your apartment, please use the building address and reserved parking information listed on your guest portal. You can find your building access code and apartment number on your guest portal as well. Early Check-In Due to extended cleaning protocols, early check-in is not guaranteed.
