Nice and roomy living space, with stairs up to 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom located on main level along with workspace and desk. The space Kitchen, dining room, living room and half bathroom downstairs, full bath upstairs. Large deck outside with table and chairs. Pleasant neighborhood, walking distance to convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Free street parking along fenced-in yard, additionally there is a parking space for your use in the driveway at the end of the back yard. It is the first space beyond the fence, next to the storage shed. Fully accessible public transportation via Septa bus (bus stop outside front door) and train near by at Spring Mill station (scenic train ride to Philly along the river) or Conshohocken Station located by Schuylkill River. Many nearby options for eating, shopping and exploring. Next to all major roadways and Interstates including I-476, I-276 (PA Turnpike) and I-76. Many historic sights nearby, including downtown Philadelphia, Valley Forge, Washington's Crossing, and more. A car is advisable but not necessary. Guest access Guests have full access to all listed spaces, the exception is the attic and outdoor shed are reserved for owner's use. No parties or events are allowed. Other things to note Guests will be provided with a code to enter through the front door upon arrival. A key will be provided as well so guests may use either the coded door or back door with key. At check-out, please leave kitchen door key in dining room where you found it. A washer and dryer is available for use in the (unfinished) basement of the house. IMPORTANT: This house has window air conditioning units (2 on the main floor and one in each bedroom upstairs), NOT central air. Fans are provided for extra comfort as well.
