Depending on snow conditions, you can reach the village either via the road or the stairway leading down from the property. If there is not a deep enough snow base the walk to the lifts is approximately 2–3 minutes, and no shuttle is needed. During periods of sufficient snowfall, the home offers ski-in/ski-out access, snow coverage can vary throughout the season, so ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on current conditions. Easy access to both Solitude & Brighton ski resorts. Other things to note This mountain-view, slopeside townhome delivers unmatched access, comfort, and value right in the center of Utah’s premier ski and snowboard village. The 1 car garage at the property can fit one small SUV or midsize car. Larger vehicles and additional parking is located in the Village parking area.
