Under its lime walls and old tiles, AUTHENTIC tells the story of the encounter between the charm of the old and contemporary comfort, in a soft, creative and soothing atmosphere. From the entrance, you are greeted by the warmth of the wood-burning stove and the exposed stones of the living room. Here, we take our time: a coffee by the fire, a guitar in hand, or a movie on the connected Smart TV. A workspace with a vintage desk and ergonomic chair allows you to isolate yourself to read, write or telecommute in peace. The living room opens onto a private inner courtyard, a true extension of the living room. Surrounded by old stones and greenery, it's a great place to have breakfast in the sun, read, or just breathe. The master suite on the ground floor, with its queen size bed (160 cm) and retro bathtub, also has direct access to the courtyard, for a gentle awakening. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional double bed On the first floor, a bright bedroom with a 140 cm bed and an equipped fitness area (exercise bike, carpet, accessories) allow you to combine relaxation and vitality. A large bathroom with neat finishes completes this level. At the top, under the beams, the second floor houses a cocooning and playful space: bunk beds, reading corner, games and cozy atmosphere, ideal for children or peaceful evenings. Any smell of smoke found after the stay will result in a fixed fee of €90 for the disinfection of the accommodation, which cannot be re-rented as is. Any accommodation returned with abnormal soiling, including dishes left dirty or kitchen not tidy, may be subject to additional cleaning fees, charged according to the necessary restoration.
