The space Main Level: The large primary suite features a king-sized bed with luxurious linens, a bathroom, and convenient laundry facilities. The open-concept living area boasts a beautifully updated kitchen with a range equipped with an air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, and waffle maker. You'll also find cutting boards, pots, pans, knives, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. The adjacent dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. Step out onto the deck to enjoy outdoor dining and lake views. Upper Level: Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds—provide cozy accommodations. A second full bathroom is also located on this floor. The loft area offers a reading nook, game space, and a sunroom with panoramic lake views. An outdoor deck surrounded by trees provides a peaceful spot to relax. Lower Level: The basement features a yoga studio and indoor sauna for ultimate relaxation, an air hockey table for friendly competition, and a game room with a large sectional couch and smart TV for movie nights. Outdoor Amenities Private Beach and Dock: Access the water directly from the property for swimming, kayaking, or simply lounging by the shore. Guests are responsible for providing their own watercraft or rent from one of the nearby rental spots. Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit with seating for six, perfect for stargazing and storytelling. Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. Pond: A small pond in the front yard is home to a chorus of frogs—approach quietly for a serene experience. Tech & Entertainment High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with reliable internet access throughout the home. Board Games & Office Space: A selection of board games is available for family fun, and a dedicated desk area provides a quiet space for work if needed. Dock available seasonally, typically Memorial Day through Labor Day. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home and all its amenities—relax on the decks, unwind in the sauna, enjoy the game room, or stroll down to your private beach. A couple of areas are reserved—the owner’s supply closet and the maintenance storage shed—but otherwise, the entire property is yours to enjoy.
