Welcome to your private Pensacola paradise — a newly-built luxury waterfront estate with 285 feet of waterfront, space to moor your boat, and direct access to the Sound for playing in the water or fishing right from the dock. Unwind in the pool or spa, or entertain outdoors with a built-in grill, covered dining, and massive deck space. Inside, enjoy a state-of-the-art theater, Sonos speaker zones throughout, and even a custom indoor jungle gym for the kids. The space 🏠 The Space Welcome to your private waterfront escape in peaceful Grande Lagoon. This spacious, three-level home offers 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 11 total beds, with room to comfortably host large families or groups. Highlights include: • 🌊 Private dock with mooring access and swim ladders. The boat and jet skis that appear in some of the photos are not included with the booking. • 🏊‍♂️ Pool and spa (spa heating and jets off and on during your stay is included; entire pool heating optional for $100/day, 85 degree max, please give notice) • 🔥 Solo Stove fire pit and outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill and a blackstone grill. • 🎬 Theater room with blackout shades, projector, Apple TV, and bar seating • 🎶 Sonos sound zones throughout home, controllable via iPhone (Pool, balconies, master, kitchen, living room, etc.) • 🧒 Custom bunk/playroom with 6 built-in twin bunks and an indoor jungle gym (Please note that the top four bunks are not the easiest to access, may be difficult for some. Children should always be supervised.) • 🛏 Four en-suite bedrooms, including a stunning master suite with private deck, double shower, soaking tub, heated bidet toilet, and water views The main level features an open kitchen/living/dining space with seating for 14, plus access to a large balcony with outdoor dining and lounging furniture. Also on the main level are the theatre room, laundry room, and three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. There are 2 1/2 baths on the main level. The top level has three more bedrooms, each with a private bathroom/shower, two of which have access to a private balcony. Some closets in the home remain locked during stays. Each level has its own HVAC system, and every room has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and coastal living. ⸻ 📌 Other Things to Note • 🐬 Keep an eye out for regular Dolphin visits and occasional manatee sightings • 🛥 You may moor boats at the dock or along the sea wall; nearby public launches are available • 🐟 You can fish directly from the seawall or dock (try for redfish, small gray snapper, sheepshead, catfish, and more), but for a real gulf fishing experience we recommend booking a charter. • 🧒 Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool (no gate), waterfront, and in the bunk room (triple bunks may not be suitable for small children) • 🚫 No pets allowed • 🔥 Spa heating included in the evenings upon request. Entire pool heating is $100/day, please request in advance and payment is required up front. ⸻ 🌴 The Neighborhood Located in a peaceful, upscale waterfront community, this home offers direct access to the sound via private dock, quiet streets for walks or bike rides, and quick access to public boat launches, beaches, and the best of coastal Pensacola. Perfect for families, boaters, or anyone looking to relax and recharge. Keep an eye out for the blue angels, who often fly just overhead as part of their weekly practices. ⸻ 🤝 Interaction with Guests We respect your privacy but are available if you need anything. We are happy to answer questions or offer local recommendations if requested! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, pool, spa, dock, balconies, and backyard. Please note: • ❌ The ground level (storage/garage) is not accessible • 🧗‍♂️ You must climb stairs to access the main living areas — elevator not accessible. • 🚗 There is plenty of space to park up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.
