And to make your stay even more unique, we can even prepare some tailor-made surprises. (Flowers, decoration, aperitif board, little attention...) Book your time, we'll take care of the rest. The space The Logis du tilleul cottage can accommodate up to 7 people. 3 bedrooms (2 with a 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 3 90 cm beds), plus a baby cot. For your stay, you will have at your disposal: A fully equipped kitchen (washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, traditional coffee machine, dishes, electric pancake maker, electric fondue, mini cookeo... etc); A living room with smart TV, Internet, games, DVD player and DVD... 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Outside: Land with pergolas, garden furniture, relaxing armchairs, parasol, petanque court, gas plancha barbecue, ping pong table etc... Guest access The 120 m2 house and its garden of over 350 m2 are fully accessible. Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made on your arrival. Only dogs are allowed to stay at the gîte. Other things to note Between heritage, nature, gastronomy... our beautiful region is full of treasures to discover... Plassay, a small village with many pleasures: * Pleasure of the Stone (shipowners' houses, sculptures, Lapidiales, Crazannes stones... * Water pleasures: The gite is 5 km from the beach on the Charente (Port d'Envaux) and its many activities (canoeing, paddle, water skiing...) and 45 minutes from Royan and Rochefort and 1 hour from the island of Oléron. * Culinary pleasure with shops and many restaurants nearby (-5 km) and the almost daily markets of Saintes (10 km) * Cultural pleasure with 3 castles (-5 km) and its museums. * Simple pleasure: hiking and several Terra Aventura and proximity to the Flow bike.
