Guest access swimming shared with other guest and steam sauna room. opening from 9am to 10pm. Other things to note cleaning service include 1 time / week. extra cleaning is 500 baht need to request at least 24h in advance. the security deposite is 2,000 baht refunded at check out after check the house no damaged. The electricity consumption is included in the daily rental price for a maximum of 40 k/watt per day, over this limit the client will be charge at the cost of 5,5baht / kwatt consumed No Smoking inside house We reserve the right to access the accommodation on a daily basis to ensure that it remains clean and in proper condition.
