A quiet little retreat close to St George without the traffic and noise. Private Apartment with your own patio and entrance. Explore the 2 acres, watch the horses and if you want to feed the chickens, they’ll come running. The apartment is ideal for two, but a blow up mattress can be set up for extra guest. Back yard has two fire pits and you’re also welcome to make yourself at home on the large covered back porch with built in BBQ. Watch the sunsets and the stars are incredible. The space The side entrance on the north side is your entry. A small sitting area with TV and most tv platforms included. A small sink, fridge and toaster oven are available- insta boil for tea and keurig coffee maker with coffee and hot chocolate provided. If you need help with the air mattress it would have to be set up in the sitting area. The bed has adjustable comfort settings, so if it’s too soft, just get the controller top of bed and adjust to your comfort level. There are also charging stations on the headboard. If you want more blankets or pillows they are in the linen closet. Make yourself at home. Quiet 2 acres lot, close to National parks and great hiking. Did I mention the sunsets? Guest access You have your own apartment with small patio. You’re welcome to use the enclosed back yard for your pets. I have two dogs, Fiona and Rocky. The back patio of the house is also open for you to enjoy. The chicken coop is accessible- if you find eggs, they’re yours. If you’re comfortable around horses by all means they love being brushed. Explore the two acres, enjoy a fire at night and watch the sunset. Other things to note My horses are nice, but be careful if you don’t know your way around horses. They’re sweet, but they’re also flight animals, if they get spooked, they could knock you down. If your dog chases them, they will kick. If you want to ride, we can talk about your skill level and costs. With notice, something could be arranged. If you have your own horses. We can put them up for the night for a small fee. I have bikes and kayaks I could lease out for a small fee. If you need anything, just ask.
