Here, the goal is to offer you an efficient stopover with all the essentials to land at the best value, regardless of the size of your tribe. Welcome coffee is offered! ☕️ We remind you here that this apartment is offered in a personal capacity, we are special hosts and do our best to offer you a pleasant stay. ...​A space with variable geometry. ​The 65m² apartment is suitable for your group. The two large bedrooms (double on the Loire side, or triple on the village side) each have independent outside access on request (2 keys)! This allows you to share the space with two small families on their own: everyone can get in and out without disturbing the other. (2nd exit / access upon request. We let you formulate your need when booking according to the configuration of your group😊) ​A small equipped kitchen is available to prepare your meals with ease and experience your stopover at your own pace. ...​Logistics: simplicity above all. ​Bikes & Motorcycles: A large secure garage with direct access to the banks of the Loire can be made available on request , if needed. ​Cars: Free and immediate parking right across or next door. ​Luggage: Travel light! Linen is provided (beds made on arrival, Epeda bedding) and a crib is at your disposal. 🧽​ ​For your comfort and out of respect, we always come to clean after each departure. However, we make the choice not to charge you an extra cleaning fee. ​In return, we count on you to leave the accommodation in a correct state of use (tidy, dishes made, no manifest dirt). This respect for the place allows us to continue to offer you the best price. Bed and toilet linen is provided. The garage, approximately 20 m², for the safe storage of bicycles, trailers, roof boxes, and other equipment, is made available upon request. Other things to note In case of last-minute booking (less than 48 hours)? - Bath towels are not provided. - The beds cannot be made given the delay, but the bed linen will still be made available to you in covers, per room. - The arrival time can be shifted after 4 p.m. (time of availability in classic booking) in order to be able to organize the preparation of the accommodation. However, we are doing our utmost to allow you to settle in as soon as possible!
